Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by Leoforce.
- Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
- Suggest upgrades or additional products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Craft business proposals and contracts to drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Equip staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales through regular training and mentorship.
- Review client feedback and implement necessary changes to improve offerings.
- Stay abreast of trends in consumption to ensure our products and services remain relevant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Extensive sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior and client needs.
- Proven ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable solutions.
