Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and support employee development initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee grievances and provide guidance on HR matters.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
