Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage performance appraisal processes and support employee development initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Address employee grievances and provide guidance on HR matters.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
