Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic team in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling, with a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Prior experience in HRTech or recruiting technology is a plus.
