Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Product Designer (UI/UX) to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our cutting-edge AI recruiting solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver intuitive and impactful digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs.
• Ensure consistency in visual elements and user flows across products.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
