Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Chesterfield Court, VA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives. - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Preferred Skills: - Experience in the technology, automotive, marketing, or consumer goods industries. - Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Digital Signage Certified Expert (DSCE), or relevant sales certifications are a plus.
