**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily business operations in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive process improvements across multiple departments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead, manage, and mentor operations teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, and Customer Service.
- Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on operational performance.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within technology, IT services, or related industries.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with operations management software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.
