Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both front-end and back-end development, with expertise in React, Node.js, Python, and AWS. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that drive our AI-powered recruiting platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implement and manage cloud-based solutions on AWS.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in React, Node.js, Python, and AWS.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
• Prior experience in AI or recruiting technology is a plus.
