Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and driven Product Designer to join our fast-paced startup team in California. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our AI-powered recruiting platform. As a Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, engaging, and impactful design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for new features and product enhancements, from concept to launch.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product design and user experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing SaaS or AI-driven products.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
