Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in AWS and Kubernetes. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support our AI-driven recruiting platform. This is a remote position open to candidates across the entire USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters for scalable application deployment.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with software engineers to optimize application performance and reliability.
• Maintain security best practices and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with AWS cloud services.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
