Job Title: RFP Specialist – Asset & Wealth Management Duration: 6 Months Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite – 2001 Ross Avenue, Dallas, TX 75201) Job Summary The RFP Specialist supports the Asset & Wealth Management business by developing, editing, and customizing high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and consultant database submissions. This role works cross-functionally with investment, sales, legal, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and persuasive client-facing materials. Key Responsibilities Proposal Development Draft, edit, and customize RFP, RFI, and DDQ responses across asset classes (equities, fixed income, alternatives, multi-asset). Align responses with client needs and firm messaging. Content Management Maintain centralized content library of standard responses and product information. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with portfolio managers, product strategists, sales, legal, compliance, and operations teams. Manage approvals and stakeholder reviews. Project Management Handle multiple RFP projects under tight deadlines. Track timelines and deliver high-quality submissions. Quality & Compliance Ensure materials meet brand standards and regulatory requirements (SEC/FINRA).
