Title: Financial Analyst III Duration: 12 Months Location: Austin, TX Job Summary The Finance team is seeking a temporary Finance Operations professional with experience in dispute claims processing, deduction management, credit, and collections to support the Global Revenue Operations function. This role will be responsible for delivering day-to-day collections support for the Reality Labs Revenue Operations team. Years of Experience 5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Operations, including accounts receivable, collections, dispute management, and claims processing and deduction management. Must-Have Skills Strong understanding of accounting and operational processes. Process-oriented mindset with ownership of customer collections, claims processing, deductions, and driving operational efficiencies. Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders. Experience building relationships with corporate customers. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience working with a multinational retail and/or hardware company. Experience driving innovative operational improvements and efficiencies. Experience in continuously evolving system platform environments. Data analysis experience. Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Support end-to-end Reality Labs AR/VR revenue operations processes, including credit, collections, and claims management, with minimal guidance. Perform accounts receivable and claims month-end reconciliation. Measure and report key AR/VR revenue operations metrics. Follow relevant policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Channel Marketing, Sales Operations, and Engineering to resolve blockers and enable claims processing. Support process improvements and automation in claims processing and deduction management. Monitor dashboards, SLAs, and quality assurance results. Assist with deduction-to-pay process improvements.
