Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team in New York. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, advanced analytics, and machine learning, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that power our AI recruiting platform.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate data science solutions into our products.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and AI technologies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong knowledge of statistics, data mining, and predictive modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
