Position Title : Sr. Analyst Functional Support Duration : 12 months Working Location: North York, Thorold or Brantford ON Hybrid Model: In-Office (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) Remote (Wednesday & Friday) Job Description: Provide day-to-day functional support related to (but not limited to): meter reading, billing and financial invoicing, customer management module issues, work order integration service address issues which impact our ability to bill over three million customers each month. Manage other related “How To” questions, Adhoc reports/queries, QRAM, Deferral Variance, and Downstream Systems Integration The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, partners, and vendors to drive system improvements which increase customer satisfaction and improve productivity.
