Title: Offline Die Cutter Operator Location: Peachtree City GA 30269 Direct Hire Additional variable compensation- Factory Incentive bonus eligible Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor offline die cutter machine to ensure consistent, high-quality production output. Perform complete machine setup and make-ready procedures for each job. Adjust die pressure, register alignment, and cutting settings to meet customer specifications. Conduct rapid and efficient job changeovers, including loading and unloading materials. Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, including clearing jams and resolving defects during production runs. Monitor production quality and make necessary adjustments to maintain speed, efficiency, and precision. Perform routine equipment checks and basic preventive maintenance. Oversee and support general technicians or helpers working on the equipment. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company operating procedures. Qualifications High School diploma (or GED) Strong understanding of die setup, register alignment, and cutting pressure adjustments. Experience performing make-ready procedures in a high-volume production environment. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime. Knowledge of quality control standards within a print or packaging manufacturing setting. Ability to read job specifications and production orders accurately. Must-have 3+ yrs of offline die cutting operator experience (preferably with Cleveland or Bobst die cutters). Ability to perform a variety of make readies, resolve defects, troubleshoot and make adjustments.
