Position Title : Risk Management Policy Writer – Operational Risk Duration : 4 months (Possibility of Extension/Conversion into FTE) Working Location : Toronto, ON (Hybrid 2 days in office, flexible to align with colleagues) Hours of Operation : 9-5 EST Job Description : Will support the remediation and writing of Operational Risk Policy documents. Leverage existing policy documents - mapping to current Client's policies and expectations. Writing documents from scratch on the topic of- operational risk management at a bank. Uplift risk management framework policies to new expectations. Must Haves : 8+ previous financial services/banking experience. 8+ years of ability to write risk management policy documents. Understanding of Operational Risk Management. Professional level of knowledge of bank risk management. Ability to review and revise documents, write at policy, standards, and procedure level for a bank with an enterprise-wide audience. Nice To Haves : Policy remediation and policy uplift.
