Sales RepresentativeResponsibilitiesIdentify, contact, and convert prospective clients for insurance products.Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans (health, life, auto, home, etc.).Maintain a pipeline of leads and track follow-ups consistently.Explain policy terms, coverage, premiums, exclusions, and benefits clearly.Assist clients through the application, underwriting, and onboarding process.Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.Maintain accurate records in CRM tools.Provide post-sales support and policy servicing when needed.QualificationsExperience in insurance salesStrong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to understand customer needs quickly and pitch the right product.Basic knowledge of insurance policies is a plus, but most companies offer training.High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.Key Must-Have SkillCold calling / Lead conversion — this is the backbone of insurance sales.BenefitsCommission + incentivesBonus for meeting targetsTraining & certification supportCareer growth to Senior Sales, Agency Manager, or Relationship Manager
