Position Title: Genetic Counselor Work Arrangement: Fully Remote Shift Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Duration: 2+ months POSITION OVERVIEW Client , is seeking an experienced Genetic Counselor to provide remote infertility and reproductive genetic counseling services to clinics across the United States. This is a full-time, remote contract role created to support the team with potential for extension beyond the initial assignment. The Genetic Counselor will serve as a key clinical resource for reproductive specialists and patients, delivering both test results and comprehensive counseling sessions. The role offers the opportunity to work within a large, collaborative team of genetic counselors and medical geneticists while contributing to process improvement, education, and research initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide remote-based infertility and reproductive genetic counseling to clinics nationwide Deliver genetic test results and conduct comprehensive counseling sessions with patients Serve as a genetic counseling resource for reproductive specialists supporting a diverse patient population Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of genetic counselors and medical geneticists Identify opportunities to enhance patient experience and contribute to process improvements Participate in educational and research initiatives as opportunities arise Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education Master’s degree in Genetic Counseling (required) Experience Minimum 2 years of professional genetic counseling experience Skills Strong clinical counseling and patient communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Comfort working with reproductive and infertility-focused cases Excellent organizational and time-management skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 4+ years of genetic counseling experience Board Certification in Genetic Counseling Prior experience in reproductive genetics or infertility counselin Applicant Notices & Disclaimers For information on benefits, equal opportunity employment, and location-specific applicant notices, click here At SPECTRAFORCE, we are committed to maintaining a workplace that ensures fair compensation and wage transparency in adherence with all applicable state and local laws.
