The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with industry standards, and support manufacturing excellence.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain SPC and FMEA processes for automotive manufacturing.- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities for quality issues.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, supply chain) to ensure product and process quality.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.- Prepare and present quality reports, metrics, and documentation to management.- Ensure compliance with industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.).- Support APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) activities.- Train and mentor team members on quality tools and best practices.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in automotive quality engineering.- Proven expertise in SPC and FMEA methodologies.- Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and root cause analysis.- Experience with Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with warranty analysis and continuous improvement projects.- Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes and standards.- Advanced degree or relevant certifications (CQE, Six Sigma Black Belt, etc.).Benefits:- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.- Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.- Inclusive, innovative, and collaborative work environment.
