Role: IT - Solutions Developer Duration: 12 months Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL, or Mount Laurel, NJ, or Charlotte, NC HYBRID Onsite – 2 days a week - moving to 4 days a week ( TBC ) Summary of The Role: • Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js. • Build responsive user interfaces with React.js. • Design and implement RESTful APIs. • Integrate with databases (SQL/NoSQL). • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. • Participate in code reviews and agile development processes. • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities - How much time is being spent in meetings: 30 minutes to an hour daily - Who are they interacting with (internal/external): internal stakeholders - Will the contractor have access to any customer data? No MUST-HAVE Hard Skills: Requirements: • Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js. • Proficient in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+). • Experience with RESTful API design and integration. • Familiarity with database technologies (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.). • Understanding of version control systems (Git). • Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms. • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.).
