Job Description

The Call Center Specialist position is responsible for answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to clients, following established program guidelines and call center standards. The role ensures accurate information handling, effective problem resolution, and adherence to operational metrics. General Job Responsibilites: Provide excellent customer service over the phone to vehicle owners according to customer package or program guidelines. Handle inbound customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. Provide assistance in situations that may require coordination with internal teams or external entities, following established protocols. Accurately document customer interactions in the corresponding systems. Follow established processes, compliance requirements and quality standards. Exhibit a high level of professionalism in interactions with customers, colleagues, Team Leads, and Operations Managers. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate information delivery. Perform other functions related to the position as assigned. Requirements & Skills Minimum of High School Diploma. 0-3 years of experience working in a call center or customer service environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications. Customer Service oriented. Strong interpersonal skills. Teamwork oriented. Ability to multitask effectively. Demonstrate situation-specific empathy. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily work processing deadlines. Ability to work effectively without supervision. English B2+ or C1 proficiency
