Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Expatriate Administrator to support our HR manager in managing international employees. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless transition for expatriates, handling everything from visa procurement to accommodation and compliance with local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and prepare salary and HR-related documents for submission to the head of human resources.
  • Maintain regular communication with expatriates regarding subsidies, housing, and other needs to ensure comfortable working conditions.
  • Review and process expenses and reimbursements for expatriates.
  • Obtain visas for staff members and their families, and arrange accommodation in host countries.
  • Liaise with the inland revenue department to ensure expat tax compliance.
  • Establish, manage, and maintain vendor relationships in host countries.
  • Orient expatriates on relocation, local customs, banking, and onboarding processes.
  • Plan for the arrival of expatriates and coordinate with host country staff.
  • Provide ongoing support to expatriates as needed.
  • Ensure the expatriate program aligns with government policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Thorough knowledge of corporate and government policies and procedures relating to expatriates.
  • Excellent understanding of the laws, customs, and practices of host countries.
  • Experience in immigration and international diplomacy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in one or more languages spoken in host countries is an advantage.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to change.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
