Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present key insights.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure data accuracy.
• Create documentation for data processes and reporting methodologies.
• Support data-driven initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in data analysis or related role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation techniques.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and large datasets.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
