Job Title: Data Acquisition Analyst – Utilities & Suppliers Location: Remote Duration: 3 months Role Summary: Responsible for managing complex supplier interactions related to billing disputes, late fees, payment negotiations, and service continuity risks. Acts as an escalation point supporting operations and CRMs. Key Responsibilities: Investigate billing disputes (BBFs) and late fees, advising operations on acceptance or rejection. Negotiate payment terms, extensions, and penalty waivers with suppliers. Resolve energy and water disconnection notices, identifying root causes and preventing service interruption. Request missing invoices and ensure proper processing. Update Client’s registration data with suppliers and maintain internal login/control records. Profile & Skills: Ability to communicate in English via phone calls Experience in invoice processing, data acquisition, or supplier operations. Strong attention to detail and process discipline. Familiarity with supplier portals, spreadsheets, and document platforms.
