Role: Project Operations Contractor Location: Holtsville, NY Duration: 6 months Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Operations Contractor to lead the coordination of a special project supporting organizational growth and in-store operations. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence as we execute initiatives focused on improving fulfillment quality and merchant data accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Lead coordination of a special project to support in-store operations and fulfillment quality Organize and execute merchant audits and testing efforts across a large group of regional merchants, both in person and in partnership with Client employees Validate in-store findings against merchant data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and operational issues Maintain detailed tracking of progress, results, and follow-ups using spreadsheets and internal tools Partner cross-functionally (e.g., operations, integrations) to support how merchant data is reviewed and enabled once accurate Surface trends, risks, and recurring issues impacting merchant operations and fulfillment quality Required Qualifications: Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage high-volume, detail-heavy workflows Strong comfort using spreadsheets for tracking, validation, and reporting Able to work independently and move quickly in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment Clear, concise communicator who can coordinate across multiple stakeholders Experience in operations, field coordination, audits, or data-driven project work is a plus Applicant Notices & Disclaimers For information on benefits, equal opportunity employment, and location-specific applicant notices, click here At SPECTRAFORCE, we are committed to maintaining a workplace that ensures fair compensation and wage transparency in adherence with all applicable state and local laws.
