Job Description

Title: HR Assistant 2 Location: Davidson, NC (Hybrid) Duration: 6 months Shift: shifts range from 8am-7pm EST, Monday-Friday - Must be available to work flexible full-time hours depending on assigned shift Job Description: As an HR Solutions Employee Advisor, you will be the frontline support role for Client' HR Solutions Center. The HR Solutions Center is the primary helpline for questions regarding Self-Service Support, Benefits, Payroll, Absence & Leaves, Retirement, and additional Corporate Programs. As an HR Solutions Employee Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting the client's Employee population. Where is the work: This position is 4 or more days on-site a week and will be based out of our Davidson, NC location. What you will do: Be able to assist 35+ employees per day (or more depending on seasonal volumes) Provide accurate, up-to-date information pertaining to Self-Service Support, Benefits, Payroll, Absence & Leaves, Retirement, and additional Corporate Programs Identify and resolve issues pertaining to client policy/eligibility guidelines Perform needed analysis; conducting required research and provide resolution to bring closure to customer issues, during the first interaction if possible Follow up with customer issues to guarantee prompt resolution Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Customer Focus/Quality oriented and results driven skills required Excellent communication, with analytical and decision-making skills Document each interaction accurately with customer case system Instill trust and confidence while working with customers to overcome challenges What you will bring: High School diploma: Associate degree or College Degree preferred. 1-2 years call center/customer care or other related customer contact experience preferred. Workday Experience required.
