Title: Recruiter Assistant | Level II Location: Hartford, CT, 06183 Duration: 6 months with potential to extend based on business need Shift: 8-4:30 or 8:30-5 Work Model: hybrid, M, T, W in office and TH, F Remote (must be flexible to being in office on a Th/F if needed as coverage required) Job Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will work with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule high volume interviews for internal and external candidates throughout the organization. In addition, you will provide support across Talent Acquisition initiatives as needed. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure a positive candidate experience by scheduling interviews based on calendar availability for hiring teams. Greet guests and new hires when they arrive in the reception area. Monitor various shared email boxes. May schedule mid-level roles and work with Administrative Assistants on manager availability. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be detail oriented and comfortable with routine role Preferred Qualifications: College degree preferred. Two years of experience in Customer Service or Talent Acquisition environment. Ability to operate in an environment with high volume, ambiguity, and change. Proven written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task and self-organize. Minimum Qualifications: High School degree. One year of related work experience.
