Role: ServiceNow Senior Developer Duration: 12 months Location: Glendale, AZ (Hybrid) Overview: The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) within ServiceNow. This role involves designing and implementing HRSD solutions, integrating with third-party systems, and enhancing the ServiceNow environment to meet organizational needs. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), HR Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, Document Management, and Virtual Agent / Now Assist Develop and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, flow designer, scripts, transform maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs, and scheduled jobs Execute both minor and major enhancement requests to a clients ServiceNow instance(s) related to HRSD Integrate ServiceNow with other HR systems using REST/SOAP APIs Build and manage knowledge articles for various audiences in the system Follow and enhance scrum practices for continuous improvement in team processes Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related technical discipline Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD in an enterprise environment ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD Experience with Now Assist / Virtual Agent Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Experience with Service Portal development and troubleshooting Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Applicant Notices & Disclaimers For information on benefits, equal opportunity employment, and location-specific applicant notices, click here At SPECTRAFORCE, we are committed to maintaining a workplace that ensures fair compensation and wage transparency in adherence with all applicable state and local laws.
