Background in Dispatchers Interview Process: Can be in Video or in person It might be up to 2 interviews. Contract to Hire: No (probably not) Description: Inputs data from time sheets, production records, or individual time cards to computerized payroll system. Responsible to close payroll on a semi-monthly basis by ensuring complete and correct earning hours within the Time & Attendance system. Answering employee questions and troubleshooting issues. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Required to learn new labor contract and new Time & Attendance system. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
