Job Description:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 2-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Florence, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, with a keen eye for user experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience across all platforms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative solutions.

- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.

- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs using JavaScript and other front-end technologies.

- Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines.

Requirements:
