Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, and a passion for solving complex business challenges through technical innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications and features on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and Salesforce Administrators to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce applications.
- Ensure best practices in coding, security, and data management.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred; Platform Developer II is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange products.
