Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager in the healthcare industry is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote healthcare services, products, or medical devices. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, social media).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in healthcare marketing, hospital marketing, pharmaceutical marketing, or medical device marketing.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, email campaigns, social media).
  • CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Content creation and graphic design basics (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical mindset.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
