Job Description:

CRI Environmental Solutions provides environmentally conscious and fiscally responsible solutions for industrial waste to our customers. As a leading provider of industrial waste management solutions, we offer a range of services, including wastewater treatment, hazardous waste management, and various recycling services. Our team is dedicated to helping clients stay compliant with environmental regulations and aims to reduce their carbon footprint.

The Account Executive role is a full-time, remote position based in Woodville, Wisconsin, focused on developing new business and managing existing accounts within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, delivering proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing client relationships. This role also requires developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue goals and other objectives.

 

Qualifications:

  • Residence in assigned territory required.
  • 3+ years of experience in the industrial waste industry.
  • Proven skills in sales and business development, including lead generation and closing deals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, environmental studies, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for customer needs assessment and solution development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel as needed (50%+ travel required).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales growth plan to meet annual sales goals with acceptable margins.
  • Prepare an annual sales plan for review and approval by the manager.
  • Coordinate with the manager, organization officials, and team members to address issues and resolve problems.
  • Meet in person with current customers in the territory every fiscal quarter.
  • Log all activities, including emails, calls, meetings, opportunities, and contacts, into CRI’s CRM (Salesforce).
  • Submit timely expense reports with receipts.
  • Provide generator-signed waste profiles to management before waste is received at CRI facilities.
  • Prospect for new business through cold calling, referrals, and personal networks.
  • Create and deliver quotes to current and prospective customers.
