Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with strong expertise in PLC programming. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation systems to optimize our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC-based automation systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for automation projects.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and training to operations staff as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of automation systems and industrial control processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HMI/SCADA systems.
- Familiarity with industrial networking and communication protocols.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.
Work Arrangement:
- This is a full-time, onsite position based in California, USA.
