Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled QA Tester with strong experience in Selenium to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automation testing, a passion for quality assurance, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium (Java or Python).

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with the team to resolve issues promptly.

- Maintain and update test documentation and automation frameworks.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in QA automation with a focus on Selenium.

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java or Python.

- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) is preferred.

- Familiarity with additional automation tools (e.g., Appium, Katalon Studio) is a plus.

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and QA methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

- Based in Texas or open to remote work within Texas.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in SaaS, fintech, healthcare IT, or e-commerce environments.

- Exposure to mobile automation testing is a bonus.
