The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and international regulations, and support the development, implementation, and maintenance of regulatory strategies and processes.**Key Responsibilities:**- Develop, implement, and maintain regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, and other relevant aviation authorities.- Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documentation for certifications, approvals, and renewals.- Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements, trends, and changes affecting the aviation industry.- Liaise with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely approvals and resolve compliance issues.- Support internal audits and external inspections, ensuring all documentation and processes meet regulatory standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing) to ensure regulatory requirements are integrated into product development and operational processes.- Provide regulatory guidance and training to internal teams as needed.**Qualifications:**- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field (Master’s preferred).- Minimum 5 years of regulatory affairs experience in the Aviation & Aerospace industry.- In-depth knowledge of FAA, EASA, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.- Strong understanding of GMP, Quality Assurance, Validation, and Lean Manufacturing principles.- Experience with regulatory submissions, audits, and compliance processes.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Relevant certifications (e.g., AS9100:2016 Rev D Lead Auditor, Certified Quality Auditor, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt) are highly desirable.**Preferred Skills:**- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and regulatory management software.- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.**Benefits:**- Competitive compensation and benefits package.- Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.- Flexible work arrangements (remote options available).- Inclusive, innovative, and supportive company culture.---Leoforce is an equal opportunity employer.
