**Job Title:** Quality Engineer **Location:** Onsite, All Over USA (Relocation Required; Not a Remote Position) **Company:** Adient---**Summary:** As a Quality Engineer at Adient, you will support plant operations by addressing quality issues and concerns related to assigned models or production lines. You will be responsible for investigating root causes, developing both temporary and permanent countermeasures, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.---**Key Responsibilities:**- Provide quality support for plant operations and respond to quality issues reported internally or externally (supplier or customer).- Investigate the nature of quality issues, determine root causes, and develop effective countermeasures.- Utilize quality core tools and appropriate resources to resolve issues.- Collaborate with plant management, operations teams, supporting functional teams, and customers to ensure prompt responsiveness and resolution.- Collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to support quality improvements.- Prepare reports and documentation as required.---**Education, Experience & Qualifications:**- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of manufacturing quality engineering experience, OR associate degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience.- Minimum 3 years of experience in an automotive environment preferred.- Strong written and oral communication skills.- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, and medium to strong Excel skills.- Demonstrated ability to define problems, collect data, and implement solutions.- Experience interacting with plant management, operations, and customers.---**About Adient:** Adient is a global leader in automotive seating, committed to shaping the future of mobility through innovation and quality.
