**Duration:** 12 Months (Possibility of extension based on business requirements and performance)
**Shift:** 8am-5pm

**Job Summary:**
The Analytical R&D Team within Leoforce’s Agriscience’s Crop Protection Discovery and Development organization is seeking an Analytical Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility of the selected candidate is to support scientists in the execution of day-to-day tasks for method development, non-GLP and GLP validations, and sample analyses.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Work under the supervision of ARDT scientists to support sample weighing, preparation, and analysis of active ingredients, intermediates, impurities, and formulation products for quantitative and qualitative purposes.
- Support non-GLP and GLP method validation lab experiments as needed.
- Learn and operate analytical instrumentation for sample analysis (e.g., HPLC, GC, LC/GC/MS, Karl Fisher, Titration).
- Perform routine maintenance of instruments and troubleshoot instrument issues.
- Process analytical data and document experiments and results in a timely manner to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Effectively interact with key stakeholders and maintain flexibility to accommodate urgent projects and reprioritize work as needed.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently as needed.
- Meet all organizational EHS&S compliance needs and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Previous laboratory experience required.
- Experience with any of the following: HPLC, GC, LC/GC/MS, Karl Fisher, Titration, etc.
- Strong understanding of analytical chemistry is preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to continually learn and adhere to all safety standards.
- Drive, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
**Additional Information:**
- No medical surveillance testing required.
- Only local candidates will be considered (remote/non-local candidates will not be considered).
