**Position Title:** Manufacturing Operator

### Position Summary

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process by assembling high-quality products in accordance with detailed specifications and standard operating procedures. This position is essential to ensuring the production of medical and diagnostic products, focusing on the integration of components to maintain product integrity and meet regulatory standards.

### Key Responsibilities

- Assemble products following detailed specifications and work instructions.

- Accurately assemble components using appropriate tools and equipment to ensure efficiency and precision.

- Maintain production efficiency by adhering to standardized procedures.

- Monitor workflow to meet daily and weekly production targets while minimizing downtime.

- Perform quality control tests by inspecting raw materials, subassemblies, and finished products.

- Manage inventory to support uninterrupted production.

- Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively.

- Promptly report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.

### Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication abilities.

- Proficiency in industry tools and software.

- High School Diploma or GED required.

- Ability to maintain prompt, regular, and reliable attendance.

### Working Conditions & Physical Demands

- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.

- Fully onsite role in Santa Clara, CA, with a fixed Monday-Friday schedule.
