### Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be responsible for performing cybersecurity assessments based on the NIST Framework. You will ensure the appropriate application of security products and technologies to protect the organization’s systems and information, enabling the achievement of business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct cybersecurity risk-based assessments in alignment with the NIST Framework.

- Develop and maintain a risk-based cybersecurity program that meets regulatory requirements and aligns with industry best practices.

- Perform threat identification and mitigation activities using industry-leading security controls and toolsets.

- Support management in the development of strategies, policies, and standards to protect company information and technology assets.

- Apply technical knowledge to safeguard company assets against cyber threats.

### Education & Experience

- **Preferred:** Master’s degree in Cybersecurity.

- **Alternate:** Master’s degree in Software or Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity.

- Prior hands-on experience with the NIST Framework is highly desirable.
