How would you like to be a part of a team that is working towards creating a highly functional accounting and finance team that will help move our mission forward to delivering hope to patients everywhere.

As a member of the Finance and Accounting Team, you will report to our CEO.

You get to collaborate on:

Builds a finance and accounting team, providing both a compliant retrospective and indispensable prospective financial outlook of the company to all relevant stakeholders

Assess organizational financial performance against the annual budget, and the company's long-term strategy

Oversees long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the company's strategic plans

Develop regular board and shareholder finance and accounting reports

Ensures GAAP, legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions

Eventually represent the company to business partners, analysts, investors, including financial institutions and auditors

Manages all short and long-term strategic financial objectives of the company, supporting the executive team with vital financial information and operational analytics, and driving a culture of accountability in managing the business.

Assist the CEO in the successful growth of the organization, including capital raising strategies

Who will thrive in this role?

CPA designation and previous work experience at a big four accounting firm is a plus

Has played a key role in an IPO process at a biotechnology company

Demonstrated success in building, leading, and working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams

5+ years of experience in a financial leadership role at a high growth

candidate must be health care or pharmaceutical industry

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, and an MBA from a top institution are highly desired
