Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of electronic products. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, design, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality electronic products that meet market demands, cost targets, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive benchmarking
• Translate customer and market needs into detailed product requirements and specifications
• Collaborate with R&D, hardware, firmware, and software teams during product design and development
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch optimization
• Coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure cost, quality, and timeline adherence
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications (ISO, CE, FCC, RoHS, etc.)
• Work with sales and marketing teams on product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and field issues to drive continuous improvement
• Manage product documentation, BOMs, and change requests

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in the electronics domain
• Strong understanding of electronic components, embedded systems, and manufacturing processes
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (hardware, firmware, QA, supply chain)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Aha, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA
• Experience with consumer electronics, industrial electronics, IoT, or automotive electronics
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for global markets
• Experience with product cost optimization and vendor management
