Job Description

Job Summary

The TIBCO Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting integration solutions using TIBCO middleware technologies. The role focuses on building robust, scalable, and high-performance integration frameworks that connect diverse systems and enable seamless data exchange across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop integration solutions using TIBCO BW (BusinessWorks), EMS, RV, Adapters, and Administrator.
  • Implement service-oriented architecture (SOA) and event-driven architecture (EDA) solutions.
  • Develop and maintain APIs and services for system integration and data exchange.
  • Configure and monitor TIBCO components for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of TIBCO components.
  • Participate in code reviews, deployment, and production support activities.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and provide root cause analysis and solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, design diagrams, and deployment guides.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and integration standards.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–6 years of experience in TIBCO middleware development and integration projects.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x/6.x) and Enterprise Message Service (EMS).
  • Good understanding of SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON, WSDL, and Schemas.
  • Knowledge of TIBCO Hawk, TIBCO Administrator, and TIBCO Adapters.
  • Experience in API Management, Microservices, or Cloud Integration (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and DevOps practices.
  • SQL and database integration experience (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
