**Position Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will ensure the platform’s stability, security, and scalability, supporting business operations and driving user adoption.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data integrity.

- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and reports/dashboards.

- Manage data imports, exports, updates, and deduplication using Salesforce tools and best practices.

- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to maximize platform adoption and efficiency.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business objectives.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Salesforce support as needed.

- Ensure compliance with security policies and maintain data privacy standards.

- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend improvements.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.

- Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and data management within Salesforce.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.

- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Components is a plus.

- Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.
