Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 5-10 years of experience specializing in ERP and EWM systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software business analysis, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and map business processes related to ERP and EWM systems.

- Gather and document requirements for software implementations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Develop data-driven insights and reports using SQL, Excel, and BI tools.

- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.

- 5-10 years of experience in ERP/EWM business analysis.

- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and EWM modules.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Preferred certifications: SAP EWM, PMP, Six Sigma.

Preferred Experience:

- Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Project management skills.
