Job Description

This position provides day-to-day administrative support to the department to assist in recruiting efforts, targeting organizations to provide appropriate candidate prospects


Assist management with recruiting activities, including telephone contacts, setting up and confirming appointments, bulk mailings, advertising, sourcing, and the internet/social media


This role requires effectively multi-tasking while providing excellent customer service and building solid working relationships with prospects and the recruiting team


Schedule appointments for Director of Recruiting and Recruiting Specialists


Facilitate event registrations


Order and coordinate recruiting supplies


Gather company material to support recruiting efforts


Generate and communicate recruitment reports


Maintain recruiting tracking system


Post positions to external sites as requested


Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required
