The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture.**Key Responsibilities:**- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.- Administer employee records, benefits, and payroll in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.**Required Skills & Qualifications:**- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar role.- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.**Preferred Qualifications:**- Experience working in a technology-driven or fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.**Work Arrangement:** This position is based in Hyderabad.
