About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer with proven experience in cloud technologies to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions, and will play a key role in driving our technology initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud architecture and best practices.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, and security best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Engineer).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
