**Position Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in Construction to oversee and deliver successful construction projects in New York. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning and risk assessment, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead end-to-end project management for construction projects, from initiation to completion.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.

- Foster a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.

- Strong expertise in project planning and risk assessment.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
