Amherst is expanding its operations, creating a new HUB/Headquarters in Costa Rica, and we are actively seeking talented individuals to join our team in the Real Estate and Property Management sector. As a Junior Coordinator, you will be instrumental in overseeing critical operational processes, and ensuring the seamless functioning of our real estate and property management operations.

Minimum Requirements:
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products.
- 2+ years of experience in Backoffice processes. Construction, project management, or real estate industry is preferred.
- Advance English language.
